Photos of local traditions and customs are a window into what links the past to the present. We are the summary of our beliefs and experiences and I feel strongly about celebrating local traditions and customs everywhere in the world. Like a fly on the wall, I love to learn why: why it matters, who is involved from the community and what activities bring to their community. So many local customs and traditions are under threat as many have already been forgotten, skills and knowledge lost.
